About Us

Mortar Board is an association of individuals selected for distinguished ability and achievement in scholarship, leadership, and service. Mortar Board recognizes college seniors for their achievements and provides opportunities for continued leadership development, promotes service to colleges and universities, and encourages lifelong contributions to the global community.

Mortar Board organizes events around campus, including the following: Homecoming King Selections, a Homecoming alumni breakfast, the annual Clean-Up Crew, and Faculty Tea. Additionally, members participate in a variety of events focused on improving literacy within the community.

Mortar Board is unique from other clubs and honoraries; it is an organization recognized nationwide, with a vast alumni network and support. Upon acceptance, you become a member for life.
